Refunds
If you have changed your mind about your order, you may return your item for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and if approved, we will issue you a refund to the original payment method. Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Depending on your location, customs fees may apply.

Exchanges
Because each shirt is made to order, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you've received the wrong size or colour, please email hello@potentpath.com and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit toward your next order.

Order Cancellations
Because each shirt is made to order, production begins within 3 hours of purchase. Once production has started, we're unable to cancel the order, but you can arrange a return after it arrives.
